We do not set limits on the disk space and bandwidth (data transfer) that we provide in plans that are marked “Unlimited”. We want you to have the resources available to you to build a great online presence.

As such we do require all of our customers to be fully compliant with our Excessive Resource User Policy/Terms of Service and utilize disk space and bandwidth related to normal operation of a personal or small business website.
If a customer’s hosting account is found to have violated the client content, excessive resource user policy and/or is storing files for archiving purposes, the contents will be removed and while we make best effort to contact customers beforehand, can occur without notice.

User have to renew by yearly to stay active on his/her website/online store.
Besides, domain also need to stay active in-order for us to connect with the website.
If your domain is FREE by WOASITE and registered by WOASITE, you have no worry about this domain renewal issue. We will renew the domain for you as long as you renew your WOA-MASTER or WOA-MAX with us.
I don’t have any coding knowledge or technical background, would it be difficult to use?
No worries! Even though you know nothing about coding, there will be a hands-on WOA tutorial at knowledge-based to guide you on how to use our system.
Do I have to install anything?
